Reporter: Marg Werner The Werner’s had a nostalgic holiday over Easter joining Mel and others camping on the banks of the Goulburn river at Murchison. Blessed by amazing weather we joined the group Thursday and found almost glamping conditions with a great setup by Mel. Four legged friends including her horse and dogs made for great morning walks out amongst the natural bush. Meals were fun and yum , making use of camp ovens and enormous beach fires. Mels good friends on neighbouring property provided the traditional Easter hunt for the kids. Afternoons spent playing card games and solving the “issues of the world” left little time for my book but provided great relaxing by the waters edge.

Reporter: Judi Lawler ![]() Tony & Judi along with 12 other misfits, travelled the Nullarbour playing golf on some of the most ridiculous golf holes ever seen. Need less to say the scores were nonsense, but what fun. Spent lots of time searching for balls amongst the salt bush and snake pits. Luckily only 2 snakes but about a dozen lost balls , PER HOLE! Wave rock was worth the 120 km detour, then onto the WA south coast. Crashing waves, wine and delicious food.
