Camping on the Goulburn

The Werner’s had a nostalgic holiday over Easter joining Mel and others camping on the banks of the Goulburn river at Murchison. 

Blessed by amazing weather we joined the group Thursday and found almost glamping conditions with a great setup by Mel. Four legged friends including her horse and dogs made for great morning walks out amongst the natural bush. ​

Meals were fun and yum , making use of camp ovens and enormous beach fires. Mels good friends on neighbouring property provided the traditional Easter hunt for the kids. Afternoons spent playing card games and solving the “issues of the world” left little time for my book but provided great relaxing by the waters edge.
