Steph is thrilled to announce a PB for the 10km run in Canberra on Saturday 12 April.

In the top 20% of the nearly 200 in her age group and of all the 749 girls and women who competed.

Well done Steph. Sorry for being a bit down on the run a few weeks ago. It too was a great effort given the hills in Batemans Bay. I can possibly claim that to be an incentive to this PB but will leave all the glory to you. Great job.

You should be thrilled with your results from the last few tri's. Definitely worth all the training keep it up. I'm loving my observation couch!!
