Shirley & Garry, who have been Community Ambassador's and Speakers for the suicide awareness organisation RU OK? for the past 3 years, recently attended the two day National Conference in Sydney.  Staying at the Novotel at Darling Harbour, the conference was attended by around 70 of the 120 Ambassadors from around Australia plus various RU OK? Staff.  Dealing with suicide ideation and how to approach the topic with your friends and family, RU OK? are now the most widely recognised organisation operating in this important space throughout Australia.
